Vienna - In a keynote to the 2014 Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) Public Policy Course, NTI Vice Chairman and ELN Chairman Des Browne highlighted positive developments related to the treaty, including the global de facto moritorium on testing. At the same time, he called for renewed efforts, particularly in the U.S., to win support for bringing the treaty into force.
